Take the A528 signposted Ellesmere. Pass through Cockshutt and after 3 miles turn right, signposted A495 Whitchurch. After just under 1 mile along this road, turn right on a bend into a narrow country lane, signposted Lyneal Wharf.

Take the A528 signposted Shrewsbury. After 1 mile turn left, signposted A495 Whitchurch. After just under 1 mile along this road, turn right on a bend into a narrow country lane, signposted Lyneal Wharf.
From Whitchurch
Take the A495 signposted Ellesmere. Pass through Welshampton and after 1 mile, turn left into a narrow country lane, signposted Lyneal Wharf.
Then…
Drive slowly along the lane for 1½ miles. Cross over the canal bridge and Lyneal Wharf is on the left hand side.
Unloading
You can unload your luggage before parking in the Trust’s own car park on the opposite side of the lane.
